Registration
Your place on the course is secured upon receipt of registration and payment confirmation.
Course Materials
Official WSET study materials are distributed prior to the start of the course and remain the property of the participant.
Attendance
Students are expected to attend all sessions to gain the maximum benefit from the programme and to ensure adequate preparation for the examination.
Examination
The examination is conducted according to current WSET regulations. Candidates must present valid identification if required and comply with all examination procedures.
Illness
If a participant is unable to attend due to documented illness, H.J. Hansen Vin will seek, where possible, to offer a transfer to a future course or examination session. Administrative fees may apply.
Transfer of Registration
Course registrations may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval. Course Cancellation H.J. Hansen Vin reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course in the event of insufficient enrolment, an educator's illness, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. 14 days in advance we will know if too few have signed up for the class. In all mentioned cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a future course.
Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellation more than 30 days before course commencement: full refund less administrative fee.
- Cancellation 14–30 days before course commencement: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before course commencement: no refund.
Special Educational Needs
Participants requiring examination accommodations should notify at the time of registration so appropriate arrangements can be explored in accordance with WSET policies.
Data Protection
